Generous carbonation and an orange color prepare you for a solid beer. The dominant taste is nutty malts, with just the right amount of lemon hops to finish off cleanly. This is like a lighter version of a doppelbock, in both color and ABV (at 6.5%), but not in flavor. Because the relatively low 40 IBUs don’t overpower the malts, this is a highly drinkable beer.
